The hotel offers excellent value for money with rooms that could do with updating but are overall very nice, cleaned, and well-stocked daily. The location is excellent-central and provides a view over the harbour, but it may not be the quietest and requires major redecoration. The service is friendly and efficient, with staff members going the extra mile, although there was an issue with reallocating a safer room. Overall, a great location with some room for improvements.
The hotel had a very good walk-in shower in the room, which was nice. Request a back-facing room for quietness, even though it sacrifices the views. The staff and food made up for the hot temperature during our entire stay.
The hotel was a lovely stay with clean and comfortable bedding, a nice clean bathroom with a power shower, and friendly staff. However, some parts of the rooms were dusty, and the decor felt a bit cheap and tacky. The service was efficient and polite, though a bit overwhelmed when the hotel was full. The location was excellent, right on the waterfront near bars and restaurants. The dining experience had some hiccups like slow service and dried-out food, but the staff were helpful. Overall, a good value for money stay with great amenities.
